The prices listed below are for standard en-suite rooms and are per person per night or per person per week where applicable. Superior en-suite rooms are available two of which have king size beds, all superior rooms have LCD freeview TV, refrigerator, bath sheets and luxury toiletries. Superior rooms are charged at £4.00 per person per night above the Standard tariff rate.

Easter and late May Bank Holidays are charged at £28.00 p.p.p.n (3 nights minimum)
A £5.00 per person supplement will be charged for a 1 night stay subject to availability.
A single occupancy charge for a double room of £10-£15 will apply per night depending upon the time of year.
Evening Meals
Evening meals are available on an Optional Basis and are charged as follows:
Two courses £16.00 per person per meal (Main course and dessert)
The above include Tea/Coffee and Mints
(Please note meals are not available during July & August)
Child Discounts
Apply when children are sharing the same room as 2 adults
2 – 8 year old 60% reduction from the total of 1 adult price
9 – 13 year old 25% reduction from the total of 1 adult price
A minimum (non refundable) deposit of 20% is required with each booking.
