Double / Twin Rooms
The Baytree B&B has 4 spacious en-suite double rooms; two of which are situated on the ground floor. One of the ground floor superior double rooms has a super king zip and link bed (6’0’’wide with no gap) that can be separated into two standard single beds to provide a twin room.

Family Rooms
Family rooms are ‘superior’ rooms with en-suite and are very spacious. Each family room comprises of a double bed and a single bed. One family room is able to accommodate an additional single bed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children over the ages old 8 years only. This superior room also has the super king zip bed and can be used as a twin room.
Full English, Continental or ‘Lighter Option’ Breakfasts
Breakfast (included in the room tariff) is served in our homely Dining Room – between 9:00 and 9:30 am (earlier by arrangement).
We offer a varied breakfast selection – choose between a traditional full English breakfast, a Continental breakfast or a lighter option, such as smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice, tea, coffee and toast are also served. This is just a small selection from our 4 star bed and breakfast menu. Special dietary needs can be catered for. Please contact us prior to your arrival at our hotel.
